Reviews and Ratings
Our stay was filled with mixed experiences. The resort had a wonderful sense of community and plenty of activities for families, especially with kids. However, we faced several issues with the accommodations and the service, which were disappointing and affected our overall enjoyment. While the outdoor space and activities were enjoyable, staff interactions and the cleanliness of our assigned unit left much to be desired.
I had a stay at The Macdonald Spey Valley Resort that came with lovely mountain views and spacious accommodations, but unfortunately, the check-in process was frustratingly slow and the cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired. While the amenities and activities available were enjoyable for families, the state of the facilities and service fell below expectations.
I enjoyed my stay at the resort, especially the peaceful environment and spacious accommodations. The golf course was a highlight, as was the friendly service from many staff members. However, there were a few hiccups with the dining options being limited and the check-in experience could have been smoother. Overall, it’s a lovely place, especially for families seeking outdoor activities.
Overall, my stay was enjoyable due to the spacious accommodations and beautiful views, but the unexpected electricity charges really became a concern for me. The amenities available were quite fun, but dining options could definitely improve. While I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the villa, the costs associated with my stay were a bit off-putting.
I had a great stay overall at the resort, particularly enjoying the spacious lodging perfect for families. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which made the arrival stress-free. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially with the food being left out unrefreshed. The overall ambiance of the place was inviting, though some areas felt a bit neglected, particularly the outdoor spaces.
